Create Unit/Group
Creates a new Unit or Group in the database.
Usage:
create unit (text, unique name for new unit)
create group (text, unique name for new group)
Notes:
- Unit and Group names must be unique.
- Units are created as pseudos with no interface selected. Other settings must be initialized via the unit class properties or other Unit editing verbs.
